Security monitoring and response hours
- Automated detection runs continuously. Endpoint, email and SIEM tooling detects and raises alerts at any time.
- Analyst review is during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Melbourne time, excluding Victorian public holidays). Alerts raised outside these hours are triaged from the start of the next business day.
- Incident response is delivered during business hours unless an after-hours arrangement has been agreed in writing.
These plans do not include a 24/7 security operations centre (SOC).
Pricing terms
- All prices are in AUD, charged monthly per user, and exclude GST.
- Minimum monthly account fees may apply.
- Server management and complex infrastructure may incur additional charges.
- Microsoft 365 and third-party licensing are charged separately.
- Onsite support and project work may be quoted separately.
- SecureStart™ onboarding is a separate one-time engagement.
